About the Seller

Your Coeliac Companion is a sole trader business operating under Australian law. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Caroline Connolly trading as Your Coeliac Companion.

The Programme

Your Coeliac Companion is a 50-day digital programme designed to support people who have been newly diagnosed with coeliac disease. The programme is delivered entirely online and includes:

• 31 digital guides delivered sequentially via email automation
• 22 companion cards accessible via a web-based card hub
• Printable reference assets
• Access to programme content hosted at guides.yourcoeliaccompanion.com and cards.yourcoeliaccompanion.com

Purchase & Payment

Your Coeliac Companion is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or ongoing fees.

The price is displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) at the time of checkout. Prices may vary for international customers due to currency conversion and may change over time. The price you pay at the time of purchase is the price that applies to your transaction.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details. By completing payment you enter into a binding agreement under these Terms.

A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. This email constitutes your proof of purchase. Please retain it.

Programme Access & Duration

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or take offline any part of the programme at any time, including but not limited to:

• Changes in the seller's personal or professional circumstances
• Technical, hosting, or operational reasons
• Content updates or restructuring of the programme

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice where possible if the programme is to be taken offline. However, we cannot guarantee ongoing availability beyond the 12-month access period and do not accept liability for any loss arising from the programme becoming unavailable after that period.

We strongly recommend that you engage with the programme content within your 12-month access window. The programme is designed to be completed within 50 days of purchase.

Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Your Coeliac Companion is a digital product. The following refund policy applies:

• Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been made.
• Programme accessed: We do not offer refunds once you have accessed programme content, including opening any guide or companion card.
• Statutory guarantees: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any applicable consumer protection legislation. If the programme is faulty, not as described, or fails to perform as reasonably expected, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

Intellectual Property

All content within Your Coeliac Companion — including but not limited to guides, companion cards, text, graphics, frameworks, and programme structure — is the original intellectual property of Caroline Connolly trading as Your Coeliac Companion.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the programme content for your own individual use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share programme content with any third party
• Sell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any part of the programme
• Use programme content to create derivative works without written permission
• Share login credentials, access links, or companion card URLs with others

Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

International Customers

Your Coeliac Companion is available for purchase globally. By purchasing from outside Australia, you acknowledge that:

• The programme is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts
• Currency conversion and any applicable local taxes or duties are your responsibility
• Local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide you with additional rights that these Terms do not exclude

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caroline Connolly trading as Your Coeliac Companion shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the programme
• Any health outcomes, dietary decisions, or medical consequences arising from programme content
• Loss of data, access, or content arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Any loss arising from your failure to engage with the programme within the 12-month access period

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant programme content or, where that is not possible, a refund of the amount paid.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to deliver the programme — your name and email address. This information is used to:

• Deliver your programme guides via email automation
• Personalise your programme experience
• Communicate with you about your purchase or the programme

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. For questions about your data, contact caroline@yourcoeliaccompanion.com.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the programme following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes — such as changes to the access period or refund policy — will be communicated to active programme participants by email where reasonably practicable.
